Top 5 movie theaters in Manila

Okay so finally I can give out my verdict on this one. Being a big movie fan people tend to ask me what are the best movie theaters in Manila are. To determine this we need to focus on what’s important which are:

Visual: Screen clarity
Audio: Clarity and sound equality
Seats: Comfort and placing(no matter where you are seated it aint hard to look at the screen)
Price: Not only how much the movie cost but possible promos.
Customer Service: No hassles at the ticket booth and the snack bars.
Crowd: It’s nice to watch when the audience just watch and not talk. Also if they are disciplined enough to take out their own trash.

Now that you know our criteria, and I’ve pretty much tried all the movie houses let me give you the top 5 movie theaters and the best bargain theaters.

GMA behind Cardinal Sin’s death?

A great patriot passed away a few days ago. An incredible man who toppled a dictator. A man who made a difference without violence. In hort a hero, in his own right. But what actually caused his death? Yes it was about health but what if it was something else?

It’s so ironic that Cardinal Sin’s death so happens when the nation is in crisis once again. Crisis of alleged wrong doings by the current president. Maybe it was planned out. Yes this is just some crazy theory but something not to make fun of. For example, another theory was regarding about texting services to be taxed which came in such a time that texting was instrumental in ousting ex president Erap. GMA didn’t comment on it which pretty much means silence means yes. Galing diba? It could’ve been some ploy by GMA to prevent such things from happening to her. And the death of Jaime Sin could’ve been another ploy. But of course this just thinking out loud and not something to make fun of a Filipino hero.

Now if such a revolution against GMA should be successful, the only way is for the opposition to reunite once again and then try to make a go at it. It’s easy to take out small groups but united…. now that is a different story.

Let’s just focus on the now and let our so called justice system work out the controversy behind the possible election fraud committed by our current president.

For me, I just wished that Cardinal Sin was here and show some more spiritual leadership that we Filipinos badly need. Well, gotta go and install “Hello Garcy” as my ringtone. =)

Cruising along Edsa, pardon me CRAWLING along Edsa you’ll probably see those mini sheds for urinating or a cheaper answer to the portalet but have you been in one or actually taken a closer look?

Crazy weird ain’t it? You can actually see the feet of those using it. Anyways, my main concern here is that it was built only with males in mind. What’s up with that? Guys can’t hold it in as long as the girls? Why can’t they just built actual portalets. Someone might steal it ba?

Let’s just go with the fact that our society consider men as perverts and the women are not willing to use such public utilities even if nature screamed at you. Not much women driver? I don’t know the exact figure but a lot of women do drive and walk by those pink little sheds. Great that one little pink shed can show how our society treats gender issues. We should start rethinking our strategies on this and not place a glass ceiling that should not be there anymore. Equal rights baby!!!

What to do, what to do…. just watch tv I guess. What is up with Philippine television? All this “ka pamilya” “ka-puso” hoopla. What is behind it? What does it do to us Filipinos? Or just a major waste of time. Why discuss it, well pretty much local tv giants abs-cbn and gma own tv shares but what you see-from an intellectual view of things- you get nothing but duds. What’s up with MMG (Mico Marco Guy)

A lot of people are wondering why did I resign. Well to quickly brief you guys, I resigned last January 21, I know what you’re all thinking, tagal na! It’s almost April! Anyways, I resigned with a mind set that there is no growth and just apply somewhere else. So I kept on applying with other call centers, the offers were hot but for some reason I don’t want it. Labo no? I want to grow but I didn’t take it.
 
What going on? I had to ask myself. I couldn’t figure it out. But of course I had to do something about it since my mom is quite concerned about my situation. (Ganun talaga pag mama’s boy!) Funny thing happened, my mom loves to organize get togethers with the family here in Kawilihan and of course, people asked me why. I told them this and that. I mentioned maybe it was that I lost my drive or I’m not sure what my drive is. My Tita mentioned, why not try to find yourself spiritually. That’s what I did. Thanks to my girlfriend I joined Life’s Directions (LD). Based on the name of the group, it’s pretty obvious what the vision mission would be.

Galing! Sakto ng timing. The retreat was on Feb.So I joined thinking that it was one of those regular retreats, you know crying crying “I hate the world” that kinda stuff. And boy was I wrong. To tell you the truth, LD didn’t exactly addressed what I was hoping to be addressed. You know, what should I do or what I shouldn’t do. In a nutshell, LD taught not to be afraid to try. Right now, at this stage of my life I can’t say much about it, I’m still early in the game. Besides that lesson gaining new friends was sweet. The retreat opened up a new mindset for me. Just keep on trying.

Right now, I’m not really seriously applying. I’m just taking my time. Enjoying the summer and helping out friends. I’ll be joining a volunteer group soon and still go on with my climbs. Just recharge myself. As with my career? I’ve decided to go to Marketing or Advertising. I’m KSP kasi so might as well go with the flow. Plus, I have a lot of weird ideas running in my head.
 
Just one advice for you guys, if you say your busy, try to analyze how much you actually work in a day. You’ll realize that you actually only work 3-4 hours for that whole day unless you’re a call center agent who happens to have breaks only but pretty much works the whole time because you have customers waiting..
